Since the inception of her company, My Sacred Vessel, Monica has helped women and mothers get back in tuned with themselves and clear blockages that are holding them back.
She discovered this passion during her own healing process. As a busy mother, Monica has maintained self care and a clear mind by practicing wellness through breath work and body work. She obtained a 200 hour yoga certificate to expand her knowledge and outreach to others.
Monica has accumulated extensive experience working with various groups, including high school football teams, gym classes, and pop-up events. Her expertise lies in providing tailored wellness solutions to meet the diverse needs of these clients.
Her belief is “ I know in order to break the cycles I have to do something different for my family. By prioritizing self-care, I am able to have healthy relationships with everyone around me.”
In her practice, she strives to create a safe and open environment for you to release the demands placed on your time and mental capacity by others.
